Prior to founding GOLS Inc, Santosh Khare has served as an IT consultant to organizations including Intel Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, ATT Wireless, Alltel Communications, Cap Gemini America, First Data Resources and many others. Santosh has over fifteen years of experience consulting to a vast variety of industries including telecommunications, banking, semiconductor etc where he implemented many business to business and business to consumer information systems. Santosh holds an MBA from University of Washington and Masters degree in Computer Science from Jiwaji University, Gwalior India.

Prior to joining GOLS Inc, Anupam worked as an International Marketing Manager for GOM Overseas Limited for eight years, and as an operations manager for Atlanta Technologies Private Limited for two years. During his career, Anupam has gained extensive international experience and has traveled to USA, Japan, France, South Africa, Western European countries and Southeast Asia. Anupam holds an MS in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from University of London, London School of Economics (1998-1999), a BS in Business Management from University of London, Royal Holloway College (1995-1998). Anupam also attended the Warwick University (best known for its business and science departments) for Foundation courses (1994-1995).
